Job Description
Duties Include:
FOH Management
-55 hour work week
-Available for Open, Mid, and Close shift
-Cash Handling
-Food/Liquor Inventories
-Displaying a Leadership Mentality
-Communicating with Hourly Employees and Fellow Management
-Communicating with the Corporate Office
-100% Table Visits
-Running the Operations with an Ownership Mentality
-Making sure that Gator's Dockside Standards are being met on food quality, service, and employee standards
Requirements
2 years of PREVIOUS RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
-Train team members including online Gator's Dockside University
-Hard working with a TEAM oriented mentality.
-Sets the standard for WOW service to our guest!
-Thorough understanding of sanitation-related issues. Takes all precautions and preventative measures necessary to ensure a clean food preparation environment.
-Inspires others with enthusiasm and positive energy.
-Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of tasks with minimal direction.
-Shows calm and clear direction during stressful shifts and situations.
-Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
